In-House Manufacturing
Banpong Screen Pipe operates a fully in-house manufacturing facility, giving us complete control over quality, precision, and lead time from raw material to finished product.
Screen cages are built by wrapping precision "V" wire around longitudinal support rods, fused by electronically controlled welding to maintain exact slot tolerances.
Stainless and carbon steel casings, processed with in-house perforation machinery and in-house ring/plug testing for threaded fittings.
1"–4" outer diameter, lengths up to 5.85 meters. Buttress, STC, or custom threaded fittings — API-certified options available.
ISO 9001:2015 certified, built to ISO 17824:2009 for design, manufacturing, storage, and transport of downhole equipment.
